3/4 Mark...

Can it be true?!? Our little man has reached the 3/4 mark on his way through his first year of life...he's 9 months old!!! These days, Cy is rockin' & rollin'...he's busy checking out the world around him, has become a speedy crawler, loves to peep out windows, pulls up on EVERYTHING & provides more laughter and joy than our hearts can hold! Here are a few fun things that I want to remember about Cy at 9 months...

Like, I said....he has perfected his technique and is a quick little cruiser! Definitely keeps Mom on her toes.

He pulls up on EVERYTHING!!! Throughout the day, he's frequently at my feet trying to pull up on my pant leg...so cute.

Loves his puppies! Hannah is his constant companion. He enjoys chasing her around the room...she, in turn, offers lots of kisses!

Is working with his "pinchers"- is able to pick up puffs with his thumb and index finger.

Enjoys looking out windows, especially if the dogs are playing outside...tapping and kissing the glass all the while.

Has a grand total of 4 teeth...upper and lower centrals.

Boys will be boys! Not surprisingly, Cy can rarely fight the temptation to play in the dirt and ivy that occupy our indoor atrium. I have a sneaking suspicion that this desire will only grow stronger as we move into toddler hood.

We are working on waving "Bye-Bye", but thus far, to no avail. He has however, started giving out kisses which melt my heart.

Greets mom each morning with a great big smile, standing up in his crib. Then together, we spend a few minutes with Papa before he goes off to work.

Cy's 9 month well check is scheduled for March 12th...I'll post his stats then.
